Völlig unerwartet ist Valentin am Montag, den 10. Februar 2025, an einem Herzinfarkt gestorben.
Eine Abschiedsfeier fand am Montag, dem 17. Februar 2025, um 14:00 Uhr in der evangelischen Kirche in Bad Soden am Taunus statt (see link here).
Der Trauergottesdienst mit anschließender Urnenbeisetzung im Ruheforst fand am 1. März in in der Kirche St Georg in Gartow statt (see link here).
